This two-component epoxy primer is blended from epoxy base paint and dedicated curing agent, which must be mixed proportionally before construction.
It creates a compact, high-hardness coating film after cross-linking curing. The product owns exceptional adhesion performance, tightly attaching to metal and concrete base surfaces. It provides reliable anti-rust, anti-corrosion and alkali shielding capability to stop erosion from acid, salt and moisture.

Application Fields

Ideal for priming steel structural components, metal pipelines, metal equipment and concrete floors, widely applied in factory workshops, parking lots, bridges and various metal anti-rust projects.

Construction Tips

Thoroughly clear rust, grease and loose debris on the base surface. Mix base paint and curing agent strictly in specified ratio and stir evenly. Apply by brush, roller or airless spray. Finish all mixed paint within usable time. Wait until the primer fully cures before subsequent coating work. Avoid construction under temperature below 5℃ or rainy humid weather.
