Single component polyurethane waterproof coating is made from pure polyurethane prepolymer as the main raw material, mixed with environmentally friendly auxiliary materials. It cures automatically by reacting with moisture in the air, no extra curing agent needed for easy operation. The formed waterproof film features high elasticity, great tensile strength and excellent crack-bridging ability, adapting to structural deformation and blocking water seepage thoroughly. It boasts outstanding water resistance, aging resistance and low temperature resistance, staying intact under long-term exposure to damp and harsh outdoor environments. The coating has strong adhesion to cement, concrete, metal and other substrates, with good mildew resistance and corrosion resistance. The seamless integral film avoids hidden water leakage risks and provides long-term stable waterproof protection.

Application Fields

Suitable for roof waterproofing, basement, toilet, balcony, kitchen, swimming pool, underground garage, exterior wall and pipeline surrounding waterproof projects; applicable to concrete, cement mortar, metal base and various building structural waterproof layers for new construction and renovation works.

Construction Tips

Clean the base surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, loose residues and stagnant water, keep the base firm and slightly damp. Stir the coating evenly before construction, apply multiple thin coats by scraper, roller or spray, ensure each layer is fully dry before applying the next coat. Do not construct on rainy days or when temperature is below 5℃; lay non-woven fabric reinforcement on large crack areas to enhance waterproof performance.
