Application Scope

Industrial steel oil drums, metal lubricant cans, chemical storage barrels, fire extinguisher cylinders, metal sealed packaging cans, tin paint buckets.

Construction Guidelines

Thoroughly remove welding slag and oil stains on barrel surfaces; separate interior and exterior coating processes to ensure uniform film thickness. Conduct segmented stoving at 130–150°C; allow sufficient leveling before furnace feeding to avoid pinholes that damage impermeability.

Core Properties

Dense impermeable film to resist medium immersion; no color bleeding or film dissolution under long-term storage of engine oil and chemical additives.
Resistant to weak acid, weak alkali and mineral oil corrosion; isolates liquid media from steel substrates to avoid barrel rusting and leakage.
Extraordinary adhesion on cold-rolled steel sheets, free from peeling at welding seams and folded edges.
Separated interior and exterior formulas; interior coating is heavy-metal-free and solvent-residue-free, suitable for oil and general chemical packaging.
No odor residue after stoving, passing environmental testing standards for hazardous waste containers and lubricant cans.
