This outdoor light metal dedicated waterborne acrylic-amino thermosetting enamel is developed for thin steel and aluminum alloy frame workpieces. It forms cross-linked films under high-temperature stoving, featuring outstanding outdoor weather resistance and flexible anti-collision performance. The full series complies with export hardware environmental standards with low VOC emission.

Application Scope

Metal frames, wheel rims and brackets of bicycles & electric bicycles; balance cars, children’s tricycles; outdoor fitness equipment, courtyard iron flower racks, balcony small iron ornaments.

Core Properties

Superior UV weatherability; resistant to gloss loss, discoloration and chalking under long-term outdoor exposure to sunlight and rain, with long outdoor service life.
Remarkable film flexibility; free from cracking or peeling upon minor impacts during transportation and riding, with excellent bending resistance.
Full and uniform gloss, abundant color options, anti-staining and self-cleaning property to avoid dust accumulation after rain washing.
Grade-1 adhesion on carbon steel and aluminum alloy; salt spray resistance is greatly improved when matched with anti-rust primer.
Single-component waterborne system, dilutable with clean water, non-flammable and non-explosive for safe workshop operation.
